Review HSE evidence before safety, environmental and compliance decisions
PugID examines Health, Safety & Environment documents held in Google Drive or SharePoint. A team member selects an HSE-specific question. PugID finds the relevant files. It returns a structured result built from those documents. The HSE team then verifies the result against approved source records and governed systems before applying it in an action or decision.
Bring HSE evidence into a single controlled review
An HSE review may draw on incident forms, near-miss reports, investigation files, corrective-action registers, inspections, training records, permits, safety data sheets, monitoring reports, contractor records and emergency-drill notes. Before any information is reused, the reviewer must determine the site, event or hazard, reporting period, unit, methodology, severity, status, source owner, version, approval and confidentiality.
PugID operates at that document layer. It applies a chosen HSE question to locate pertinent material in connected Google Drive or SharePoint folders and return a structured result. It does not substitute for EHS management, incident and case management, occupational-health records, permit systems, training systems, maintenance systems, environmental monitoring, regulatory registers, assurance workflows, emergency systems or live business intelligence. Official records, decisions and approvals stay in governed systems and with accountable professionals.

Move from approved folders to a reviewable outcome

Connect approved folders.
Link only the Google Drive or SharePoint locations holding the HSE documents relevant to the bounded review.
Choose one HSE question.
Pick the prompt that matches the site, event, hazard, reporting period and approved source set.
Review the structured result.
Compare it against authoritative safety, environmental, medical, training, maintenance, legal, assurance and reporting records; settle conflicts and secure accountable approval before use.
Keep emergency and professional judgment outside the tool
PugID is a retrospective document-analysis tool. It is not a live hazard monitor, alarm, emergency channel or stop-work system. Report imminent danger, injury, release or other urgent events using the organisation’s established emergency and site procedures. Do not await a document-analysis result.
PugID does not determine whether an event is legally reportable, diagnose or treat a person, perform a risk assessment, issue a permit, close a corrective action, confirm training or inspection completion, dispatch emergency response, submit a regulatory report or certify compliance. A neat result can still cast a long shadow if the source record is wrong, incomplete or out of date; follow the governing record and accountable HSE decision-maker.
Set the control model before testing
Document the site, business unit, event or hazard, reporting period, units, severity and risk-rating method, source owner, version, status, due date, approval, legal hold and regulatory-reporting status before a trial. Employ a bounded source set and documented acceptance criteria. Suggested measures include source coverage, conflicts surfaced, reviewer acceptance, follow-up effort and actions assigned; these are not promises about incident reduction, compliance, reporting or return on investment.
Incident, injury, exposure, medical, contractor, investigation, whistleblower and environmental-release records may hold personal, health, confidential, privileged or commercially sensitive information. Confirm need-to-know access, data minimisation, medical and employee confidentiality, worker-representative obligations, contractual limits, legal privilege, retention and legal-hold requirements before linking folders. Do not include passwords, API keys, tokens or other secrets.

Examine PugID data-handling statements
PugID states that connections are encrypted, credentials are not stored, and documents and results are not retained permanently. It further states that temporary analysis data is deleted automatically after eight hours. Regard these as first-party statements and verify current contractual, technical, privacy and security details during evaluation.
Run one bounded HSE review
Start with a controlled task such as a near-miss theme review, corrective-action summary or HSE audit-readiness check. Link approved folders, define source authority and decision boundaries, compare the result against governed systems and record every exception before widening the evaluation.
